It’s expressed through anime, manga, traditional crafts, fashion, and everyday products, making it an integral part of both historical and modern Japanese culture. Led by passionate local instructors, this workshop offers a deep dive into Japanese cuisine. Whether solo or with friends, you'll create photogenic bento in a fun, social setting. Conveniently located near Tokyo Station, Shibuya, and Asakusa, it’s easy to add this cultural experience to your trip. Take home more than just a meal—a special slice of Japanese culture! ○About our workshop This workshop, guided by experienced locals, teaches you how to craft a charming bento box that embodies 'kawaii' culture. We begin with an introduction to the cultural significance of bento in Japan. Next, you'll spend 1 to 1.5 hours participating in hands-on bento making, learning decorative techniques and arranging ingredients under the guidance of our instructors. Finally, after enjoying your creation, capture the moment in a photography session, making the experience memorable. Schedule: 14:30～14:45 Learn about bento culture in Japan 14:45～15:45 Hands-on bento making 15:45～16:00 Photography session 16:00～16:30 Eating time No prior cooking experience is required!
