Important Information

  • Our driver will be waiting for you at the International Arrival Exit for 90 minutes after your flight lands. We will send you an instruction of where to meet our driver before your booking date. If it takes a bit longer, there’s an additional charge of $28 per hour. If we don’t find you at the pick-up point 90 minutes after landing and we haven’t heard from you, our driver will need to leave, and we won’t be able to refund the fee. If there’s any change in your flight schedule, just let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. If not, any extra costs will be on you. We plan pick-ups based on when your flight lands. If you set a specific pick-up time, driver will wait 30 minute for free. ------------------------- Hotel Pick-up & Drop-Off Info: Please be ready at your hotel lobby at the time you’ve given in the order. We include a free 30-minute wait time for hotel pick-up. Arrange your airport transfer time in advance to complete airport check-in.
