-We only provide a transfer within the 23 wards in Tokyo city, the area beyond the Tokyo downtown, there would be extra fees needed to be charged, please tell us your hotel address. -If there is a baby or child who is younger than 6 years old, please tell us, so that we could prepare a baby or child seat, it is required in Japan. (The firsr one is free, while the second one will be charged.) - The driver will contact you in advance the day before transfer begins through Whatsapp, email or message, please ensure that the contact information you left that we could reach out to you, if you could not find the driver, the customer service will help you find him/her.

Private transfer 90 minutes of waiting time from the flight landing time, or 30 minutes of free waiting time from your scheduled time. 15 minutes of waiting time from your hotel. 1 of the child seat for free.

  • The driver will track the flight number and adjust the pickup time accordingly About Pax and Luggage: 5-seater car/sedan: if the number of pax is less than or equal to 4, you could bring 2 of 24inch suitcases maximum；7-seater van: if the number of pax is less than or equal to 6, you could bring 3 of 24inch suitcases maximum；10-seater van: if the number of pax is less than or equal to 9, you could bring 4 of 24inch suitcases maximum Note: A 24in suitcase could be added with a reduction of 1 passenger. About Baby/Child seats: 1* baby/child seat will occupaid 1.5 seat About elder people: Guest who is older than 75 years old needs to be accompanied with young adults here.
