The park is located in the beautiful Jigokudani Valley. Next, visit the historic Zenko-ji Temple. Explore the temple complex, walk through the dark passage under the temple (which symbolizes enlightenment), and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Continue to the Matsushiro Samurai District. Visit Matsushiro Castle, the former residence of the Sanada clan, and the nearby samurai residences. This district is well-preserved and offers a glimpse into the samurai lifestyle.
