1. The night before departure, you will receive an email with driver-guide details, meeting location and time, and vehicle info. Please check your email and arrive on time. 2. During Japanese holidays/weekend, traffic can be very congested, and the return time may exceed 8 p.m. Any overtime fees for the driver and guide will be covered by our company. This may also lead to reduced time at some attractions, changes in the schedule, or even cancellations. We kindly ask for your understanding. Please avoid planning other activities or transport after the tour to prevent any inconvenience. 3. Please note that the ropeway may be closed due to strong winds or lightning. In such cases, the itinerary will be adjusted to a scenic boat ride on Lake Kawaguchi or you could contact us for the refund of ticket 1000JPY. 4. Look for the tour guide holding a yellow flag at the meeting point. Tell the guide the name you booked under to join. Please come 15 minutes ahead of time.
