• This tour is only for international tourists
• Child up to 3 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats or lunch. If bus seats or lunch is required, please make a booking under the child rate
• The bullet train ticket is for a non-reserved seat
• If the Hakone Ropeway and Hakone Pirate Ship are not operating, the tour will be redirected to one of the following alternative destinations: Hakone Komagatake Ropeway, Hakone Lake Ashi Cruise, Lake Kawaguchi Cruise, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Mishima Skywalk, Hakone Venetian Glass Museum, Hakone-en Aquarium, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone Checkpoint, or the Hakone Shrine
• Depending on weather conditions (such as high humidity, heavy rain, and fog), Mt. Fuji may not be visible
• No refunds will be given for weather-related complaints or for rescheduling of the tour by the tour guide or staff
• Customers on the Shinkansen return route will end their tour at Odawara Station and return to Tokyo by themselves.
