  • 1. Due to the winter weather, it is not possible to go to Mount Fuji 5th Station. From Dec 1st to April 25th of the following year, go to Arakurayama Sengen Park instead of Mt.Fuji 5th. 2.The night before your trip, around 9 PM, you will receive an email with the tour guide's contact number and the vehicle's license plate number. Please ensure your email and phone are accessible. 3. On Japanese public holidays/weekend, heavy traffic is common, which might delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will handle any overtime fees for the driver and guide. This may also affect the time spent at attractions, the order of visits, or result in cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you do not schedule any other plans or transport after the tour to avoid any loss. 4. If you have samll tattoo, please use skin color stickers to cover them so that you can enter the hot spring. if the tatoo is large, you may not be able to enter.
